Kravit Gift Card FAQ’s

How do I use my Kravit gift cards?

To use your Kravit gift cards, go to www.cambridgejewelry.com and log on using your Cambridge Who’s Who username and password. (For information on what to do if you don’t know where to find this information, click here.)

At the jewelry website you can look through the items that we are able to offer our members through an exclusive partnership with Kravit Jewelers. Once an item has been selected and is placed in a shopping cart, the gift card code should be entered in the box that appears below the item price.

And that’s all there is to using your jewelry gift cards. We are usually able to ship out items within 5-7 business days.

Can I use more than one gift card?

Each $100 gift card can be used toward the purchase of an item valued at $300 or more. If the purchase is over $600, you can use two gift card codes. Three gift card codes can be entered when the purchase is over $900.

How can I find out more information about a specific piece of jewelry?

To get more information on a particular item of jewelry, please send an email to GiftCardCustomerService@CambridgeWhosWho.com. Be sure to include the item name, item number and product description in the email.

How can I find out when my order will be delivered?

After your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. You can reply to this email to request additional information on your order. Orders are usually shipped out within 5-7 business days.

When do my gift card codes expire?

There is no expiration date for the jewelry gift cards.

How often is the inventory updated?

Kravit Jewelers is constantly reviewing and adjusting the inventory that we offer our members. We expect to make major changes to our offerings and introduce new products twice a year.

What if my gift card codes are lost?

If for any reason you lose or misplace your gift cards, send an email to GiftCardCustomerService@CambridgeWhosWho.com. Our system allows us to track what codes were assigned to your membership as well as if they have been redeemed or not. .

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

Kravit Jewelers extends to our members their “satisfaction guaranteed” policy. If you are unhappy for any reason you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. The item needs to returned via an insured method of delivery and should include a completed Refund Form that is available at http://www.cambridgejewelry.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=returns (or by clicking on the Returns tab on the www.cambridgejewelry.com website.)

Are the gift card codes transferable?

Yes they are.  You can transfer these gift cards to the person of your choice.

Can I reuse my gift card codes?

No. Our system insures that gift card codes are valid toward a single purchase only.

My gift card codes are not working. What should I do?

Sometimes you may begin a transaction and not complete it. The system assumes these codes are in use and you are not able to use them in another transaction. But each night these codes are released and made available to you again providing you didn’t complete the original transaction.

 

What are the gift card codes usage conditions?

This gift card is redeemable for merchandise only on our website:

It is not redeemable for cash except as required by law. It cannot be used toward prior purchases or combined with any other offers.

To redeem, please select your merchandise and enter the gift card number when prompted to do so at checkout. The full value of this card will be applied to any purchase(s) of three times the card value. This card is for one time use only.
